The views are great from high floors. A lot of my friends live in this building.

Sea view is very beautiful..I can see Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Eye, World Islands, Sky diving......and i am looking forward to see Dubai Lighthouse. Building residents are polite and security staff is helpful.

Always buy/rent higher floor 45+, the views are extraordinary. We can see the Blue Waters island, Palm Jumeirah, World islands and the new Dubai Harbour and Lighthouse waterfront development.

Sea views are fantastic from high floor. Size of 3 bedroom & 2 living room around 4,000sqft is good for a big family. Overall the best tower in Dubai Marina.

I am blessed to have a 3 bedroom Sea View property in Emirates Crown. After the new Dubai Harbour project with Middle East’s biggest marina, Dubai lighthouse, Dubai wheel and Blue waters island the views will be spectacular. Now i get a 180 degree sea view from a higher floor above 45floors. 5 stars for this property.

Fantastic vistas of both the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Proportions of appartments are also extremely generous. The building is amply staffed and serviced.
