Old tenant living 3 years in this building
Excellent building, hotel style, beautiful lobby, large pool, many European tenants, great location in proximity to Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Mall & Jumeirah.
Easy entry & exit to and from JVC directly to Al Khail road. Dubai Mall 10 min drive.
Last but not least, great maintenance and security!

Outstanding Building Management & Community
I would strongly recommend this Building and the area for any buyer or tenant as its very close to Al Khail road and sheikh zayed road. Plus there is everything one stop away just down of the Building (ATM , Supermarket, Pharmacy, Clinic & Good Restaurants)
