Access to beach is very convenient, pool area well maintained and safeguards are the best as well as the maintenance team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Months of NOISE from Construction inside apartments going on forever, outside from hotel, garbage collection in the middle of the night, traffic at weekend nights. Weekend music 90db when open. Pool small, beach facilities never developed. Gym very poor. Management company unresponsive. Technology & Fittings poor for expense of apartment. Security inadequate. Yet hugely overpriced ! Beach access great.
