Manchester Tower

Became an owner this year. I must say it exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Of course the building is older and in some aspects showing its age, but the maintenance team and security keep it so tidy and efficient. Also, you can beat the price/location ratio.

Amazing location, few mins from beach. Very helpful conceirge and the building has its own maintenance team. Good quailty and best lifts in Marina, no delays whatsoever. Gym could be a bit better

Cant fault this building. Great location. Good quality apartments and never had an issue. Fantastic rooftop swimming pool. No bad points

I was living in this building for about 4 years, in compare to the price and location which is in center of Dubai Marina is the best.the swimming pool is located in roof (30th floor) which you have nice view. Also, chiller was free. From my point of view for people who looking for save money and good location to live is the best.

This is one of the worst buildings I have ever lived in. Very poor and old. Constant issues with the AC and water heater due to the age and not enough maintenance done on the building. My apartment had a huge crack down the wall and a hole under the window where the estate company had taped it to hide the problem.

The building is maintained very well. One of the many advantages of this building is the free chiller, which saved a lot on the power bill. The building location is very convenient without the need to go into the Marina traffic madness, yet it is a walking distance to the Marina beautiful places and restaurants.

The owners do not wish to help and are very rigid. Not worth a buidling to stay in or pay the price. The lifts stop working and Leakage is a lot. No security in house in case of Fire. Parking is dark and Messy

Well-maintained building, communal areas cleaned regularly. Chiller included in the rent which is good. Security a little over-zealous (need to get a permit if moving in furniture etc). All standard Dubai amenities included (pool with sunbeds, small but normally empty gym, allocated parking). Beach only ten minutes walk away. Overall, would recommend the apartments with a marina view from a highish floor (not so nice on SZR side).
