Despite being located on the marina offers no view of water, however offers one of the best cheap option in the area. Good security and friendly staff
Good for commuting as opens out directly on to sheik zayed road and situated within 50m of DMCC metro station
Can be noisy on balconies and pool areas due to the proximity to the road
Gym on the small side. Just about enough option for a workout

This was the first building we saw when we decided to move to Marina after shifting from Abu Dhabi. On entering the building we felt a sense of calm, neat & friendly feel. Reasonably priced, well maintained & co-operative security & staff
