Fantastic enterence, problematic exit
They will open another road to exit eventually. Then, it will be one of the most livable building in Marina.
Impossible to exit: Unliveable
This could and should be a nice place to live but it is not. The entrance to the building is from the bridge road to Bluewaters. The exit to the building is to Dubai Marina with 4 hours of traffic minimum. Residents used to exit through the entrance but police put a camera that fines anybody who exits by the entrance and puts black points as well.
For anyone considering buying or renting here I have one suggestion: don't do it.
