Burj Daman

We've been living in the building for last 4 years. It's decent building, already would need some refurbishment to be done. Traffic is increasingly chaotic around DIFC and parking situation gets worse day by day. One of the most annoying things has been the constant increase in noise levels year after year. That's the main reason why we decided to move out. Traffic noise combined with loud music from different venues around DIFC gets very noisy in the nighttime.

Best Building in DIFC, loved living in it! Still under price compare to other area

I have been living in Burj Daman since 2021. We are a family of four with two very young children. It is one of the best residential buildings in the area with excellent facilities. The gym (with a squash court) and pool are fabulous. I have not seen a better kids play area in any residential building in Dubai. There is a small lawn/park and a mosque as well for residents. Some great restaurants and cafes in the building itself as it is connected to Waldorf Astoria. Of course the proximity to the DIFC main area and Gate Avenue mall is a huge plus. The balconies of almost all apartments are huge, maybe a bit too big given we can't step out during summer and the space could have been used to make some of the rooms bigger. Guest parking is an issue and is expensive. There have been noise issues from Arts Club at night. All in all an excellent place to live in. We are very happy to be living here.

Very well maintained and built to a high standard. A good range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Directly opposite the main DIFC Gate district, a short 5 minute walk away.

Perfect Location for DIFC residents. Very nice pools, and High end Gym. Very well maintained.

Best building in Dubai. Great finishing, unparalleled facilities and ideal location. Was noisy in the past but now that the nearby construction has completed, Burj Daman is fantastic.

Building quality and apartment and facilities are very high end. A great address and surrounded by wonderful facilities at the doorstep or next door restaurants and hotel. Love it and would not live anywhere else.

Very luxurious building, strategic position, much better than other buildings of the difc. As always, some things can be improved but the view from the apartments is spectacular
