Al Khail Gate

If you have car, don't think to live here. Management don't care on parking problem. You can’t find parking at night time even you have parking sticker. Noisy, and terrible traffic at morning and night.

It's just the location that's great here, and the connectivity. Parking is a nightmare. The management seems to encourage bachelors to rent given the amount is bed spaces and illegal parking.

It is in the centre of Dubai and easy access to Al Khail Road.Al Khail Gate is a very large community which is located near the heart of the city. It's neither in the city where most businesses are situated nor it is situated in suburban part, so we could say it's in a perfect location. Moreover, Al Khail Gate is a community which is run by Dubai Properties Group or DPG which regulates and maintains the whole community. Security is of utmost important in Al Khail, Affordable and Truly, the best!

Al Khail Gate is a good community. There is big westzone inside, remittances, pharmacy, clinic and children's park. However, parking is worst nowadays.

One of the greatest community in Dubai. Low rent in a great area, very near Onpassive metro station and accessible buses directly to major business areas. Due to the proximity to major hubs there is quite heavy traffic during rush hour but still a great area to live.

Well maintain and all amenities are available. Transportation school, health and wellness, parks and green eyes. Good location middle of the city. No hidden charges.

We are already living here in Al Khail Gate 2 for 6years! We love the atmosphere, the ambiance, community, the park, near supermarkets, good people, helpful friends, good maintenance in our building. Most importantly the building we have is quite nice and clean unlike others. We are also near bus stops, near metro, near to a lot restaurants, everything is very accessible. Highly recommended!

Worst management. They closed the parking as windows are falling but did not prioritize the residents of Al Murah building. No parking available anywhere if you get home around 12MN onwards. They did not bother providing a parking for it's residents. we keep sending complaints and will just reply an automated reply that someone will call back. when they call back they will just keep saying sorry.

The parking is very poor no tenant parking all time full And crowd is full always

This area is the worst area for living a family. Everywhere you will find fighting every third week there will be an incident of flight each other. Lots of noise every time, and you can't sleep peacefully after working a full day. The area is too crowded every time. Parking is the main issue these days, and the management allows anyone to park free after 7 pm it's very hard to find single parking which is a bit challenging to park your car. I highly not recommended this area to live with family and if you want to live peacefully find any other place better than this.
