Huge layouts and really nice community to live in

Love the design, beautiful view and surrounding, Child friendly environment, close to Grocceries, close to Masjid, easy acces to the city compare to the other building in marina square, no traffic, just a bridge away from hospitals, wonderful common area such as BBQ pit, Playground area, not to mention 20 mins walk Galleria mall, upcoming sophisticated Paragon mall and the massive Reem mall. Plenty outdoors area to explore. (Fireworks every new years) jogging area along maryah island,... and still many more enojoyed it so Much!
Lack of parking
No guest parking neither a designated parking for tenants who have more than 1 car in the area.
