SZZ Properties was founded in 2008 by 2 UAE nationals as a boutique real estate agent with an aim of providing high standards of customer service in the real estate sector. The founders, Saleem Mustafa and Ziad Mustafa between them have more than 40 years of Dubai real estate experience. Executive Director, Ziad Mustafa, is responsible for the day to day running of the business and the delivery of ever improving service. SZZ is committed to adding value by providing individual attention and care to our potential investors, landlords and tenants. We proudly offer a combination of outstanding experience, a wealth of local market knowledge and an unrivalled track record in sales and property management. We are afully integrated real-estate firm and our services include sales, leasing and property management. The Management Our team consists of professional and well-trained individuals led by the FOUNDERS, who are actively involved in the day to day operations and have extensive knowhow and experience in the industry. Salim Mustafa, The Founder of SZZ Properties LLC, has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate. He was a key member of Dubai Land department’s valuation committee for over 20 years. During that period. He was also a partner with Al Khayat real estate, a leadingDubai based Realty Firm. Together, theyachieved major milestones by successfully marketing and selling off-plan developments and land parcels for Dubai’s prime real estate developers Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai properties. Ziad Mustafa, the Co Founder and Executive Director, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University. He worked with leading Dubai-based and International firms focusing on finance, business development and real estate related activities. Later on, he honed his experienceover a period of 6 years with Al Khayat Real Estate’s marketing and business development departments concentrating on Local and Freehold Properties.
