Dubai Media City (DMC) is a free zone that was established in 2000 and has since become a regional hub for media companies, housing some of the biggest local and international brands. It's a melting pot where large companies, SMEs, freelancers, and startups coexist. The area contributed to Dubai getting the label "The capital of Arab Media 2020.”


As Dubai Media City is primarily a business hub, most of the properties available are offices and commercial spaces. However, there are a few residential units including studio and hotel apartments up to 3-bedroom apartments. Apartments here tend to come at higher price points given the prime location of the area.


Most of the units feature a wide array of amenities such as 24-hour security, maintenance, and many overlook stunning views as most of the buildings in Dubai Media City are highrises.
