Al Nahda is an affordable neighborhood in Dubai. It’s located in Deira in the eastern part of the emirate, on the border with Sharjah. A part of Al Nahda belongs to the neighbouring emirate.


Al Qusais borders Al Nahda to the south and east, and Al Mamzar borders it to the west. The main highway E11 borders the district to the north.


Al Nahda is divided into two subcommunities, Al Nahda 1 and Al Nahda 2.


The neighborhood was initially an offshoot of the industrial areas of Al Qusais, however, it has greatly evolved since then to include a plethora of apartment buildings and amenities, becoming very residential.


Landmarks here include Dubai Women’s College and Al Nahda Pond Park.


Al Nahda Dubai is home to many schools and nurseries, shops, malls, and eateries that are popular among South Asian residents. It’s also served by Al Nahda metro station, making it great for those who don’t drive.
