After a successful career as a broker in Manhattan, with a personal sales volume in excess of half a billion USD, Zhann entered into a leadership role as COO of Keller Williams NYC. In his 3 year tenor, he grew the firm from 35 agents to more than 350 and became one of Top 5 Most Profitable offices in the Keller Williams organization.
Through his experience and track record as both a broker and leader, Zhann earned the opportunity to take his career to the next level as CEO of KW Dubai & Middle East. As CEO, he was responsible for implementing the strategic vision and driving growth in order to meet the group’s aggressive plans throughout the region.
Today Zhann focuses on the growth of other business verticles in areas of new development acquisition, asset and investment management, real estate data analytics, and commercial real estate.
