Waqas worked for 2 local real estate companies where he started working as a Leasing Consultant and was later promoted to Team Leader. After a long search for a more established and reliable company where he could utilize his knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, he decided to join KENSINGTON Exclusive Properties.
Having been raised in Dubai, Waqas brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to real estate market helping people find their ideal homes. He prides himself on forming long terms relationships with landlords and tenants by always offering them the most reliable and transparent services. Waqas speaks six languages: Arabic, English, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi and basic French.
His main focus is property rentals and primary focus of his work are vibrant beachfront areas of Umm Suqeim, Sufouh and Barsha which are home for him as he has personally lived in all of them.
