I, Mhd Nwar Fallaha the owner and CEO of Smart Business Real Estate. With my vast property knowledge, it brings me almost 7 years of combined experiences in residential sales/leasing and even training and development of real estate agents. Working on previous real estate company, I learned the ropes in different chosen location in Dubai – dealing closely with developers, corporate clients and relocation agents. In a little while, I established myself as the No. 1 leasing agent within the company and was able to develop and grow the leasing division of the business, therefore I decided to build my own company. My strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is one of the major contributors to my continuing success in the industry together with my positive attitude, approachable characteristics and professionalism.
