Fuad focuses on advising on commercial real estate transactions. Fuad is primarily involved in various property asset class transactions within the region.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Fuad has worked with International RE firms where he rotated amongst various departments, where he undertook engagements involving financial modeling, valuation, RE investment transactions and raising equity capital for clients across a diverse number of asset classes.
Fuad holds a masters degree in Construction Economics and Management from University College London and is a CFA level 3 candidate.
